Think Pawsitive

Aquatics Membership Rules:
- No coupons, gift cards, or vouchers will apply.
- Membership enrollment is automatically renewed monthly and is effective for consecutive months.
- Sessions start on the first of each month and end on the last day of each month. All sessions must be used by the last day of the month. There is no “carry over” or credit for unused sessions.
- Shared sessions with a nonmember are not permitted and will terminate your membership.
- Memberships are not refundable or transferable.
- You may put your membership on hold for up to 2 consecutive months for a fee of $10/month to keep your membership active. A Membership Hold Form must be completed at least 14 days prior to the start of the month that you wish to begin the hold.
- Assisted Swims may not be added to any Pro Swim membership.
- Clients may upgrade from an Assisted Swim to a Pro Swim membership but must submit a Change Form effective the next month.
- Designated dogs may be interchanged for membership sessions. Additional qualified dogs from the same household only may be added to the membership (see additional dog charges per month). All additional dogs must be designated at the start of the membership or a Change Form must be completed to add additional dogs for the balance of the membership term effective the following month (no add-on dogs per individual month or session).
- Changing a membership pack (e.g., 2 sessions to 4 sessions) is permitted at any time during the membership. A Change Form must be submitted effective the following month.
- Membership t-shirts will be distributed after 90 days.
- All K9 Splash and Water Treadmill General Rules apply. Aquatics members are eligible for discounted Think Pawsitive membership events, special events and nail trims/grinds.
Early Cancellation Policy:
If I cancel early, I may rejoin the membership program at a later date for a $25 rejoining fee.
Payment Details:
Payment will be auto-drafted by credit card on the 1st of each month.
Termination Policy:
I must notify Think Pawsitive Dog Training LLC of my intent to terminate my aquatics membership in writing or by completing a cancellation form at least thirty (30) days prior to the upcoming month (e.g., you must cancel by June 1st in order to not be billed for July). I understand that no “credits,” rollovers, or prorated pricing will be given for late termination notices. If I cancel, I may rejoin the membership program at a later date for a $25 rejoining fee. I have read, understand, and hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of the Think Pawsitive Aquatics Membership Programs.

Membership Rules and Policies:
- Individual memberships are required for each person – no membership sharing is permitted. Membership holder must be present at all rentals scheduled using their sessions.
-A member must have successfully completed an Initial Turf Rental at Think Pawsitive to enroll and dogs must be trained on all agility equipment prior to use.
- Each member must respect other facility clients and behave in an appropriate manner at all times.
Membership Enrollment and Payment Details:
- Membership fees will be drafted on 1st of each month.
- No coupons, gift certificates/cards or vouchers may be applied.
- Failed monthly payments must be updated within 3 business days. Any payments not received will be invoiced and a $5.00 late fee will be added.
- Memberships are not refundable or transferable.
- Think Pawsitive Staff reserves the right to rescind the rights of members not complying with the terms and conditions of the membership.
- Think Pawsitive turf rental rules apply.
Membership Holds: A Membership may be put on hold for a maximum of two months per calendar year for a fee of $10/month to keep your membership active. A Membership Hold form must be completed at least 14 days prior to the start of the month of the hold.

Unlimited Room Rental Membership – Scheduling Policy
- Unlimited rentals – Your membership includes unlimited 30-minute or 1-hour turf rentals.
- Advance booking limit – You may have one 1-hour session reserved per day when booking more than 5 days in advance.
- Additional bookings – Within 5 days of the rental date, you may schedule additional sessions, subject to availability.
- Cancellations – Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time so other members can reserve the space.
- Late cancellations & no-shows – Will be charged the full rental price to the card on file and may result in temporary booking restrictions.
- Household access: A second person from the same household (e.g., spouse) may use the rental with the Primary Member at no additional cost.
- Guest policy: Any additional person joining you will incur a $10 per hour, per person fee. Maximum 2 people per hour.
